Prices include the use of house and garden from Saturday 16h00 through to Saturday 10h00, water, bed linen and towels as well as energy costs from April 1st to October 31st. From November 1st to March 31st energy will be charged at cost.

We expect you to leave the property as you found it, clean and tidy with the beds stripped and all linen collected, ready for washing. Alternatively you can get us to organise the cleaning for you at a cost of CHF 100.-

Payment terms : In case of interest, we will send you a contract to sign. We expect a downpayment of 50% of the rental cost at signature of the contract. The balance is due 30 days before the beginning of your stay.

In case of no-show, the 50% deposit is forfeited !
