Prices include the use of house and garden from Saturday 16h00 through to Saturday 10h00, hot water and electricity costs, heating in winter, bed linen and towels.

We expect you to leave the property as you found it, clean and tidy with the beds stripped and all linen collected, ready for washing.

Payment terms : In case of interest, we will send you a contract to sign. We expect a downpayment of 50% of the rental cost at signature of the contract. The balance is due 30 days before the beginning of your stay.

In case of no-show, the 50% deposit is forfeited !
